Alcyone has worked for more than 20 years finding new athletes.

He has already revealed stars such as Taison Barcellos Freda, Emerson Ferreira da Rosa, Daniel Carvalho, Juliano Pacheco, Josimar Tavares, Rodrigo Dourado, among others. He was born in Santana do Livramento, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Alcyone was a professional soccer player in the 70’s, having joined clubs like Pelotas, Juventude, Caxias and Flamengo, as well as the state team. He coached the youth teams of Pelotas and Brasil from Pelotas, and the senior team of Farroupilha. While playing futsal, he joined Paulista FC, Caixeiral and Brasil from Pelotas, and in parallel, he continued working with field soccer. However, it was at Progresso FC that he started to reveal soccer players who have a professional career in clubs all over the world.

Diego has a BA in Law from Faculdade Anhanguera, in Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, and holds specialization degrees in Sports Management and Sports Law from INEJE (Instituto Nacional de Estudos Jurídicos).

He played for the youth programs of Progresso Futebol Clube and Esporte Clube Rio Grande, and as a professional soccer player, he joined Clube Atlético Farroupilha.

Dornelles is a sports consultancy company focused on developing soccer players’ careers in Brazil. It was founded more than 12 years ago by a former soccer player, who dedicates his experience of over 20 years to help athletes join clubs and guide them through their careers.

Soccer, which is a passion to millions of people all around the world, is also an important factor in the global economy, which involves the negotiation of large sums of money and generates a great amount of jobs.
